Photo rating site like HotoNot.com are the old way. With Friends & Strangers photo ratings, you submit your photo to be rated and when someone rates you, you get to see how they rated you, how they rate others, and how others rate them. We like to call it honesty in photo ratings.

Our Preferred Members' profiles are highlighted and receive increased exposure on the site. More eyeballs means more potential friends and connections. Preferred Members also receive their own Discrete Fone number which can be forwarded to a mobile phone of landline, as well as send and receive text messages.
